Erin Carlisle

Food Rescue Coordinator

Erin is a graduate of BYU-Idaho with a B.S. in Psychology.  Most of her life has been spent in Aurora, IL working and developing skills in nonprofit management for local non-profits. In particular, Renewed Roots Initiative and Rebuilding Together.  She has a passion for helping people and is passionate about getting food to the food insecure. She put her passion to work developing food rescue programs for farmers and pantries in Illinois to increase access to food equity for new refugee families in the area. Erin is excited to be managing our food rescue program for both Salt Lake and Utah County.
