Chef Mark has been a Business Review Chef at Sysco Intermountain for twelve years. He currently lives in Salt Lake City with his wife. With more than 35 years of experience in restaurants and hotels, Mark is always willing to share his knowledge with all of Sysco’s customers.

Chef Mark graduated from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco in 1992 and became a Certified Executive Chef in 2010. He has honed his skills working at some of the best restaurants and hotels in Salt Lake City, Park City, San Francisco, Seattle and San Sebastian, Spain. He loves spending time in the outdoors skiing, backpacking, fly fishing and mountain biking.
