Kim Lewis

Board Member

Kim Lewis has a background in operations with six years’ experience in the manufacturing industry. She holds a BS in Operations Management from the University of Utah and a MBA from Westminster College.

A native from California, Kim moved to Utah in 2010 and now calls it home. Her interest in food waste and recovery was sparked after working with our founder, Dana, for her MBA capstone project. Kim learned throughout her project the staggering statistics of the amount of wasted food that was being generated and the missed opportunities to provide to those who are food insecure. Using her business acumen and passion she’s excited to be part of the Waste Less Solutions team and working with others towards a common goal of diverting food waste and helping our community.
