January Pop Up with Salt Lake Culinary Education

Your meal will be prepared by the chefs at Salt Lake Culinary Education (SLICE). None of us, not even the chef will know the menu until days leading up to the event, you can anticipate 4-5 courses of a one of a kind meal created especially for the evening.  The chefs at SLICE will amaze you with their ability to turn food surplus into a delicious, unique meal.  They are passionate about food and our planet and work hard to teach their students to have this same understanding when they go out to be chefs.  We are excited to partner with them for our first event of 2020!

We will also be offering a wine pairing (for and additional $20 per person) we will be pairing your meal with natural wines.
