Waste Not, Want Not
Are you throwing away more food than you’d like? Tired of finding fuzzy produce in the bottom of the fridge? Do you struggle with having leftovers and not really wanting to reheat them for tomorrow's lunch? Then you’re in luck! Join Dana Williamson and David Peterson to learn that 1) You are not alone! 2) How to store your food to maximize its “fridge life”, and 3) Learn all sorts of ways you can repurpose leftovers that don't include stained Tupperware and a microwave.
David Peterson
David Peterson is a volunteer at Rescue.Food and loves to find new ways to turn food waste into food storage. When he's not working or rescuing food, he's usually at the gym, writing (currently fiction & a book on the science of memory) or reading (fiction & medical journals).
