With a career spanning over four decades, Wendy has built a distinguished reputation in executive leadership, focusing on finance, administration, and organizational operations. Most recently, she served as the Vice President of Finance & Administration at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Salt Lake, where she retired in 2024 after a successful tenure from 2016 to 2024. During her time there, she played a pivotal role in overseeing financial strategy, administration, and operations for the organization, significantly contributing to its mission and growth. Wendy spent over 15 years at Regence BlueCross BlueShield, holding several positions including Executive Assistant to the President & Office Manager and Manager of Travel & Meetings
Wendy also served as the Executive Director & Chief Operating Officer of Executive Women International, where they successfully led the organization in its mission to empower women in business through leadership and networking.
