Michelle Noel is a Salt Lake City-based small-business owner, community advocate, and dedicated supporter of sustainable living. She co-owns several local restaurants and bars with her husband and family. She also runs Salt Lake Sourdough, a home bakery that connects her to the community she loves. As a mother of two boys and the owner of three energetic dogs, Michelle brings warmth, practicality, and real-world experience to her work. She is proud to join the board of WasteLess and is committed to helping the organization reduce waste and build a cleaner, more sustainable future for Utah families.
